Once your document has been edited, your editor will email you two versions of it in Microsoft Word format. The first version entitled “Changes”, utilizes the ”Track Changes” function in Microsoft Word, which basically records all word insertions, deletions and modifications made to your original document. This function will allow you to firstly see the changes we made and thereafter selectively accept or reject them. Accepting the change will integrate it into the document whereas rejecting it will make it go back to what you had originally. This method saves you time and eliminates errors caused by retyping changes marked on a hard copy.

The second document you will receive will be a “Clean Copy” version, which will integrate all the changes and will be ready to be printed or submitted to your professor. In addition to these two documents, you will receive a brief note from your editor, which will provide you with valuable information on how you can improve your writing for next time.

All editing prices are based on the word count of your document (essay, assignment report, take-home exam, or any other written academic work) and how soon you would like it returned to you (see below). Be advised that the word count is based on the text alone and NOT the footnotes and endnotes. As such, when determining the word count of your document, please UNCHECK footnotes and endnotes box.
